Returns & Refunds Policy

United States Orders — All Sales Final

All items are sold as collectibles. All U.S. sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations, except where required by law.

If your order has any issues please contact alex@4tress.shop with your order number and photos so we can help resolve the issue.

European Union Orders

You may cancel your order before it has been fulfilled. Fulfillment does not affect your statutory withdrawal rights.

For eligible online purchases, you may withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason by notifying us within 14 days of delivery. You must then send the items back within 14 days of notifying us.

To cancel or request a return, contact alex@4tress.shop with your order number and the items you wish to return. We will provide the return address and shipping instructions.

EU Return Condition & Shipping

Please return items securely packaged, with all included collectible cards and accessories.

You may inspect items as you would in a store. A refund may be reduced for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the item’s nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns. Where applicable law requires us to cover return shipping, including for qualifying faulty or incorrect items, we will do so.

EU Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or evidence that you sent them back, whichever occurs first.

When you withdraw from the entire order, your refund includes the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. Additional charges for upgraded shipping are not refundable.

Your payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.
